You know the moment.

The body you worked for. A face in the photo that looks exhausted and old.
Everyone says you look amazing. Nobody says anything about your face.

The fat left faster than your skin could follow. The muscle underneath is still yours to work.

Fingertips laid flat across the forehead to keep it still during an exercise, as the wrinkle rule teaches

Why it happens

Your body changed faster than your face could follow.

When weight comes off quickly, the face loses fat too: in the cheeks, at the temples and along the jaw. Skin that was stretched over that fat does not shrink back at the same pace, so the face can look hollow, drawn and tired, even when you feel better than you have in years.

You cannot exercise the fat back. But underneath it are the muscles that shape your cheeks, jawline and neck, and muscle is something you can still work. That is what this plan trains, ten minutes a day.

  1. The fat goes first

Rapid weight loss thins the fat that gives the cheeks and jaw their shape.

  2. The skin lags behind

Skin adjusts more slowly than the fat underneath it disappears.

  3. The muscle is still yours

The muscles under the skin are still there, and they are the part this plan works.

What's inside

Everything you need for eight weeks, in one guide.

Not a video playlist and not an app. A plan: the exercises, the order to do them in, a calendar to tick off and a way to see what is changing.

  • 100 exercises in 5 face areas

Cheeks, jawline, mouth, neck and eyes. Each one shows the move, the reps, the hold and the mistake to avoid.

  • The 8-week calendar

Weeks 1-2 learn, 3-5 build, 6-8 intensify. Fifty-six boxes, so you always know where you are.

  • A one-page daily routine

Your ten minutes on a single page, plus a two-minute version for the days that get away from you.

  • The photo protocol

Days 0, 14, 28 and 56. Same light, same angle, no smile. Your own before and after, for your eyes only.

  • The wrinkle rule

Which parts of your face to hold completely still while you work the rest, and which popular moves to skip.

  • All of it for $29

One payment. No app, no subscription, no renewals.

Your own before and after

Judge it on your own face, not a stranger's photos.

The guide shows you exactly how to take four photos across the eight weeks, so the only thing that changes between them is you.

  1. Day 0Before your first session
  2. Day 14End of the learning phase
  3. Day 28Halfway
  4. Day 56The last day of the plan

Every photo, the same way

  • Face a window in daylight, phone at eye level, at arm's length
  • No smile, no make-up if you can, hair off the face
  • One straight on and one from the side
  • Same place and same time of day each time

The evidence

Built on the only published trial, and honest about its limits.

In the one published study of facial exercise, women aged 40 to 65 practised about 30 minutes a day for 20 weeks. Dermatologists who rated their photos without knowing which were before and which after saw fuller cheeks, and the first change showed at week eight.

The plan follows that eight-week window, cut down to ten minutes a day so you can keep it up. At ten minutes, expect a more modest change than the trial saw at thirty.

The wrinkle rule

What this plan can and cannot do

The exercises work the cheeks, jawline and neck. The wrinkle rule keeps your forehead and the skin around your eyes still while you do them, because repeating those expressions is what deepens lines.

It can

  • Work the muscles under your cheeks, jaw and neck
  • Give you a daily routine and a way to measure it
  • Start today, at home, for $29

It cannot

  • Put back the fat you lost
  • Replace filler or surgery for heavy sagging
  • Promise a date; the trial saw change at week eight

From people using the plan

I've watched a hundred face yoga videos and never stuck with any of them. The difference here is it's a plan, not a video. There's literally one page I open every morning, ten minutes, tick the box. I'm on week 4. My cheeks look less flat in the side photo, which I wouldn't have noticed if the guide hadn't made me take the photo on day 0. Not a miracle. But I'm still doing it, which for me is the miracle.
Karen, 54
I'm 38 lbs down and not done yet and my face was the first thing to go. My sister said I looked "drawn." I got this because I wanted something to DO while the scale keeps moving instead of just waiting for my face to "catch up" like everyone in my group keeps saying. Three weeks in. I can't say my face looks different yet but the jaw exercise I can actually feel working and I'm doing it in the car before work. It fits.
Denise, 47
I'll be honest, I bought it for the neck. At my age nobody is going to sell me on cheekbones. The neck chapter is short but it's the first thing I've read that didn't either promise a facelift in a bottle or tell me to go get surgery. Six weeks in and my neck is the same neck, but it's a firmer version of it when I look down at my phone, which is the angle I hated. I'll take it for 29 dollars.
Margaret, 61
I had a quote for filler. $2,400 for the first round, then again next year. I'm not saying this replaces that, the guide itself says it doesn't and I respect that. But for 29 bucks I wanted to see what I could do on my own first before I spent the price of a vacation. Week 5. My husband asked if I'd "done something" to my face. I hadn't. That's the review.
Lisa M., 50
My dermatologist told me face exercises give you more lines so I'd written the whole thing off. What sold me was the chapter about exactly that. It tells you which moves to skip and to hold the rest of your face still, with pictures of what NOT to do. I do the routine in front of the mirror with my forehead relaxed like it says. No new lines. Cheeks a bit fuller in the day 28 photo. Whoever wrote this actually thought about it.
Joanne, 49
I have been burned by every face app on the planet. Charged 60 dollars for a "free trial" once. This is a PDF. You pay once. It's yours. It emailed me the link and I put it on my iPad. That alone would get four stars from me. The fifth is because the calendar page is on my fridge and I'm on day 33 and I have never in my life stuck to anything for 33 days.
Tammy, 56
The photo thing is smart. Same window, same time, no smile, day 0, 14, 28. I almost didn't do it because I hate photos of my face right now, that's the whole problem. But when I put day 0 next to day 28 the difference under my cheekbones is small but it's there and it's MINE, not a before and after of some stranger. I showed my daughter and she saw it too.
Priya, 48
What I liked most is what it says it CAN'T do. It won't put the fat back. It won't lift heavy sagging. It says that on the sales page and again in the book. After a year of being told my face would "bounce back" by people online and told I needed a facelift by people in white coats, someone finally just told me the truth and gave me something to do in the meantime. Cheeks and jaw are where I see it. Neck is a work in progress.
Susan, 58
Everyone in my Facebook group says your face perks up in 6 to 12 months so just wait. I've been waiting for 5 months. I bought this because the page said, basically, fine, wait, but here's something to do for 8 weeks while you wait. That was exactly my situation. Week 3 now. The jaw exercise is the one I feel the most. Ask me again at week 8.
Carol, 55
I did two syringes of filler last year. Looked good for about 6 months and cost me a fortune, and I'm not doing it again while the weight's still coming off. This is my in-between. What I'd say is don't expect what filler does, the book is very clear it's a different thing. What it does is give my cheeks something to sit on. My makeup goes on differently now. Small thing, real thing.

Questions

The things people ask before they buy. If yours is not here, write to us and a person will answer.

Does face yoga actually do anything?

One trial says yes, modestly: fuller cheeks and a younger rating after 20 weeks of daily work. It was small and uncontrolled. The plan follows its 8-week window so you can judge it on your own photos.

Won't it give me more wrinkles?

It can if you do it wrong; repeated brow and mouth expressions deepen lines. That is why the wrinkle rule is chapter three: hold everything else still, and skip the moves dermatologists flag.

It can't replace the fat I lost, can it?

No. The promise is muscle tone in the cheeks, jaw and neck. If you have major volume loss, this is the lowest-risk first step, not a replacement for filler.

Isn't this all free on YouTube?

The exercises are. The plan is not: the sequence, the calendar, the one-page routine, the photo protocol and the wrinkle rule are what you are paying for.

I don't have time for another routine.

Ten minutes, timed, and a two-minute version for bad days. The trial used 30 minutes a day; we tell you that, and that the change at ten will be more modest.

Won't my face perk up on its own in six to twelve months?

It may. This plan is for the eight weeks you would otherwise spend waiting, and it gives you photos to see whether anything is changing.

Will it work at my age, with this much loose skin?

The trial's women were 40 to 65. For mild to moderate change it is a sensible first step. For heavy sagging the guide says plainly what it cannot do.

How do I get the guide?

Straight after payment, the download link appears on the next page. It works five times over 30 days, so save the PDF to your phone or computer, and it is yours to keep.

You already did the hard part.

This is the next step: ten minutes a day, for eight weeks.
